Yoga and Somatic Therapy Starting September 8
Yoga and Somatic Therapy sessions are available on an ongoing basis on Fridays from 5:00-6:30pm at Vinyasa Yoga Studio in North Bay. This open group focuses on stabilization skills and are helpful for those with trauma backgrounds and/or experiences of anxiety. Drop ins are welcome!
