Circle of Security (attachment based -online only)

In CoS parenting, participants will learn the importance of creating a secure attachment with their child. The program is based on 50 years of research that notes, while it is important to attend to our child’s emotional needs, we don’t have to be perfect-because no one is perfect. Participants will learn what attachment is and how we can form a secure attachment with their children/others. CoS parenting is presented in an interactive format using videos, conversation as well as activities that help participants learn how to respond to and support their child’s strong emotions.
