The group will learn mindfulness, and Chi Gong is simple movement that increases your energy and brings healing force (chi) into the energy channels (meridians). Learn acupressure, to balance the energy flow in the meridians. Our body holds the emotional impact of our individual and unique trauma experience, this group will gather together to support one another while we build our strengths: emotional, spiritual and physical.
