The destination of life’s journey for everyone is in finding their purpose. There are times in this journey when we feel overwhelmed by life events and situations, and navigation appears difficult. Those are the times we need a therapist to help us make meaning of those thoughts and emotions to enable us to find the path to fulfilling our life’s purpose.
