CBT for Insomnia Online (8-weeks)
Do you have insomnia or sleep concerns such as trouble falling asleep and waking up throughout the night? If you are worried about your sleep and health, you’ll be relieved to know there is an effective treatment. Cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) is effective for improving sleep problems. CBT for Insomnia
Learn to correct your sleeping habits and patterns that are making your maintaining your insomnia or making it worse. This program is based on the successful application of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia that has years of research showing its effectiveness. Fixing your sleep requires an understanding of the sleep systems, a structured method to change sleep behaviours, and changing the beliefs and thoughts that cause anxiety over sleep. Individual sessions are $230 per session. Four to six sessions are recommended.
