CBT for Depression/Anxiety

Join Dr. Susanna Konsztowicz, C.Psych., for an 8-week in-person group on Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Anxiety. Starting October 2, 2024, and running through November 20, 2024, this group meets on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. In these sessions, you'll learn to better understand and manage depression and anxiety, boost your mood through positive activities, reshape unhelpful thought patterns, enhance your communication and relationships, and develop strategies to prevent future relapses.
