*ON HOLD - What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)? CBT is a structured, time-limited, problem-focused treatment that is an excellent building block in many treatments. CBT provides a road-map to organize thoughts, feelings, and actions. It can also be helpful in ways of emotional regulation. CBT branches its focus into the way we think (sticking to the facts) and the way we behave/act (controlled, exposure for avoidance). This group is a 10-week 90 minutes Psycho-education group that leaves enough time to process and explore how CBT can work for you. Please contact me for further details.

*ON HOLD - I offer a 10-week educational support group that breaks down the "how to" in learning how to say 'no,' recognizing and developing assertiveness behaviour, and setting boundaries while managing the anxiety that follows. This group is helpful to those who have struggled with managing conflict most of their lives, feeling persistently confused in relationships both personal and business, experiencing gas lighting, and those who just can't stop people pleasing. Group Sessions are 90 minutes in length. Please contact me for further details. The group requires 8-10 participants to run.
