Caregiver & Emotional Resilience Support Group

This structured group is designed for caregivers and individuals experiencing emotional stress related to caregiving responsibilities, burnout, or supporting loved ones with mental health challenges. It also provides a supportive space for survivors of domestic violence. Participants will learn coping strategies, stress management techniques, and communication skills, along with psychoeducation to better understand emotional responses and strengthen resilience. The group is offered in a trauma-informed and supportive environment, and is available in both English and Spanish.

Virtual 6-session group for women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, designed to help build coping skills and practical strategies to support emotional wellbeing and help prevent postpartum depression. A similar group is available for women experiencing postpartum depression, focusing on understanding symptoms, emotional regulation, and communication strategies. The group offers a warm, supportive, trauma-informed space and is conducted in both English and Spanish. Sliding scale available for a limited number of participants.

This is a supportive virtual group for immigrant women navigating acculturation stress, identity transitions, and emotional challenges related to relocation and adjustment. Participants will learn coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and ways to manage stress and anxiety in a trauma-informed environment. The group also incorporates psychoeducation and skills-building to strengthen resilience, self-awareness, and connection with others who share similar experiences, with added support such as employment guidance and ideas for starting a business in Canada. This group is offered in both English and Spanish.
