Cannabis Assisted Breathwork Group Sessions

Accessing non-ordinary states in controlled therapeutic settings through means such as cannabis-assisted breathwork has shown to mitigate symptoms of post-traumatic stress & increase overall well-being. In the week prior to the in-person cannabis-assisted breathwork circle, you will attend a virtual group preparation meeting. Discussion will include risks & benefits, what to expect, self-care leading up to the intervention, confidentiality, intention setting, & any questions that you might have. The in office session will last about 4 hours & will follow the format as outlined on our website.
