If you’re struggling with imposter syndrome and are ready to conquer those intrusive thoughts and feelings, this might be a group for you! This 10 week online group that is designed to help you overcome self-doubt and develop new skills to break through the imposter cycle. Her new program combines psychoeducation, science-based strategies, in-class activities and group-based learning to help individuals develop their own personalized toolkits. This program is dynamic - while it is lecture-based, you will have plenty of opportunities for questions, participation and sharing. Ontario and Nova Scotia residents only.
