Let's help empower young women to become HEALTHY, STRONG, & VIBRANT in our community. They will learn: How to build up and see their strengths How to know and love their best self, How to cope with life challenges and be empowered, How to address peer pressure and bullying, How to maintain a healthy self-esteem and confidence How to build healthy social relationships, and make good decisions while heading towards teenage years.
