The foundation of this supervision group is set on a competency-based framework. The members of this group receive guidance and support from a qualified supervisor and their peers, helping to reduce the risk of serious oversight. This group provides an opportunity to reflect on transference issues and gain insight from the perspectives of others. Group Supervision provides opportunities for counsellors to receive empathetic support, improve therapeutic skills, enhance knowledge, develop self-awareness and experience the facilitation of reflective practice. Each group member is encouraged to evaluate their own counselling practice and provide a support system to one another.

I am offering small group sessions where clients work on friendship skills in a safe, supportive setting. I use games and crafts in order to encourage discussion and engagement between the participants.
