Men in Change is a process group for men who are interested in learning how to manage emotions and unhealthy conflict. Themes include: Unfairness, Boundary Work, Respectful Communication, Family Conflict, Solution-focused Work, Managing Anger, Emotional Intelligence, Shame and Resiliency and Building Sense of Self.

Men in Change is a process group for men who are interested in learning how to manage emotions and unhealthy conflict. This Self-Esteem group is designed to help girls aged 11-13 years old build confidence, self-awareness and develop better communication skills. Through engaging activities, discussions, and role-playing, participants will learn to recognize their strengths, set realistic goals, and practice healthy coping strategies. By creating a safe and supportive environment, participants will have the opportunity to explore their unique identity and boost their self-esteem. This 6 week group will also include 2 additional sessions for parents and caregivers. The group is facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and may be eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefits.

I am offering small group sessions where clients work on friendship skills in a safe, supportive setting. I use games and crafts in order to encourage discussion and engagement between the participants. During these sessions clients will develop their self esteem and confidence when interacting with peers. Session fees are $250.00 plus GST for 4 sessions. Each session is 60 minutes.
