Art Therapy Group for Survivors of Sexual Violence

"Creating Resiliency Together" is an 8 week art therapy group held in-person for women who have survived sexual abuse/violence. Guided through creative directives, participants will explore, express, and move complex emotions and experiences they have been holding. Sharing at own pace with no pressure to disclose. This group is for self connection while also connecting to a sense of solidarity, relating, and compassion amongst other women. Dates TBD.
