Anxiety Support Group
Do you want to live in a more calm, grounded place? This support group (partnered with Small Pause Coaching) will give you the techniques you need to thrive. At times anxiety can control our lives, and doesn't have to. This group is about coming together with people who share similar experiences and knowing you are not alone; it's about taking your life back and overcoming anxiety, which we all have the power to do. You'll be able to talk openly about your experiences with like-minded people, learn strategies and get support from experienced facilitators.

Postpartum Support
This group is for individuals are experiencing symptoms of postpartum anxiety and/or depression, or would like support with coping with a newborn. Are you: -Feeling sad or anxious -Feeling isolated and wanting to connect with others -Feeling more irritable/angry -Crying more often than usual -Having problems sleeping or eating -Having difficultly bonding with your baby -Having upsetting thoughts, feelings or images -Looking to learn new coping strategies - Some of the topics discussed in group focus on feelings of sadness and anxiety, postpartum experiences, health and wellness, relationships, self-care, guilt and isolation.
