Anxiety for Teen
This group is for teens aged 14-17 who are struggling with managing anxiety and stress. This is a two part workshop on Wednesday June 5th, 2024 and Wednesday June 12th, 2024 held at Metanoia Health & Windsor. This workshop is facilitated by Michelle Laframboise, who is a Registered Psychotherapist and has over 20 years experience working with youth as a Child & Youth Worker. Learn how to manage stress/anxiety, effectively communicate during times of stress and learn positive coping strategies.

We will discuss love, relationships, forgiveness and strategies on how to incorporate this into your daily routine. This group runs in 6 week intervals so price reflects all sessions.

This class is perfect for anyone who feels they may be struggling to support their child with mental health & addiction concerns as well as general parenting concerns. This class is designed to be single session but 1:1 appointments available after completion.
