This 5 week virtual recovery group offers participants concrete tools, techniques, resources and support to better manage complex events and challenging situations. Participants will learn ways to relieve stress and anxiety, strengthen relationships, manage challenges and improve quality of life. As a therapist, I use a strengths based, client directed, recovery focused approach employing methods such as CBT and DBT as well as mindfulness, meditation, relational therapy and emotional freedom technique.
