Anger Counselling

This 8-week therapy group are for individuals who are concerned with their behaviours related to anger. This group will help you tolerate and express the emotion of anger in effective ways. This will give you the freedom to make choices in how to respond to others, keep your anger level low, think clearly and make choices that help regain your esteem and confidence, and to create and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships. In addition to learning skills, you will also be processing your experiences with anger with others and a therapist in a group setting.
