Together, we explore Spoon Theory and expand beyond it into "The Whole Cutlery Drawer,” creating shared space for capacity, care, burnout, access & mutual understanding. The EMDR Toolbox is a skills group for ages 16+ across Canada, offered via Zoom or in person. Learn what EMDR and bilateral stimulation tools are, how they work, and how to use them in everyday life. Each session combines guided learning, hands-on practice, and opportunities to ask questions, with an emphasis on taking skills home to use between meetings. Facilitated by a trained EMDR practitioner, this group is designed to help you build personalized calming, grounding, and regulation strategies. Sessions are open for ongoing enrolment.
