This skills based group is designed for adults who want practical strategies to improve organization, focus, time management, and emotional regulation, without judgement or pressure. This group is therapist led, evidence and structured so you leave each session with tools you can actually use. We focus on learning and practicing skills rather than just talking about challenges. Extra support between sessions with brief email handouts with exercises or tips, and optional accountability check ins available to help you stay on track.

We will focus on practical, evidence-based skills to help calm anxiety, increate emotional regulation, and build a greater sense of safety and control. This is a structured, skills-focused group, not a drop in support group. Each session includes psychoeducation, practical tools, and guided practice you can use right away in daily life. This group may be a good fit if you feel constantly on edge, struggle with racing thoughts, or experience physical symptoms of anxiety.

Trauma Recovery & Stabilization Skills Group
New cohort opening! This group is a virtual, supportive, skill-based group for adults with trauma histories. This group is 6 weeks and designed for adults who have experienced trauma and want to build coping, stabilization, and emotional regulation skills in a safe and contained group setting. This is not a trauma processing group. The focus is on present-day coping, nervous system regulation, and increasing a sense of safety and stability. This may be a good fit for you if you have a history of trauma or PTSD, feel emotionally dysregulated, and prefer a structured skills based approach.
