ADHD Skills (Online)

A facilitator-led learning group offering practical, shame-free tools for living with ADHD. Each week begins with a guided breathing practice, then we work through a neurodivergence-focused skills workbook covering attention, follow-through, planning, time, motivation, overwhelm, and self-compassion. Participants can choose to share examples from their own experience and collaborate on strategies to try during the week. We close with key takeaways and strategies to test in daily life. This is psychoeducation and skills practice, not group therapy. If the timing does not work, contact me! happy to add more group times if needed.
