Addiction Support Group

I facilitate a virtual support group for folks 16+ of all genders who have substance use disorders or are struggling with other addictive behaviours and are seeking community and mutual support. I have extensive experience conducting groups and cultivate a safe and accepting space in which clients can better understand the root causes of their addiction, how it impacts mental health and quality of life. Through a harm reduction approach, I teach coping skills, and other strategies to help clients get back into the driver's seat and lead a more fulfilling, connected and authentic life.
