A Healing Space: Grief Support Group

Navigating the wilderness of grief can be a deeply painful and isolating experience. Sharing a sacred space with others on a similar journey can allow powerful healing to unfold. This 8-week therapeutic support group program will provide information & tools to help you navigate the strange landscape of grief, as well as offer a space to feel heard, understood, & witnessed in your grief. Christina is a bereaved mother, sister, and daughter and holds a deep understanding of the complexities of loss and healing. $600 includes 8 X 90 minute sessions & group manual. Receipt for insurance benefits will be issued. Email for next start date.
