Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) combines the practice of mindfulness meditation with the practical tools of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). You will develop: An enhanced self-awareness of your automatic tendencies; A heightened ability to be able to respond versus react; A greater sense of calm, clarity, contentment, gratitude and presence in your life; and the ability to be less self-critical and have more compassion for yourself.
