8-Week Mindfulness Training Program (MBCT)

*Starting Sat. Feb. 28th* Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based program proven to reduce stress, anxiety, & depression (lowering relapse risk by ~50%), while enhancing focus, mood, sleep, and relationships. It integrates mindfulness meditation with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) tools to help you develop greater self-awareness, slow down, disengage from auto pilot, respond rather than react, and cultivate calm, clarity, gratitude, & presence. You’ll earn to soften self-criticism & foster self-compassion, creating emotional resilience and mindful living. Cost is $600, reimbursed under RP.
