12 week outpatient virtual eating disorder program
A warm, supportive and healing group therapy program facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist with specialization in eating disorders.We address concerns related to disordered eating and body image issues using a variety of therapeutic approaches like DBT, Narrative therapy, Trauma Informed, Non Dietary Approach, Yoga, Natropathy, Nutrition and more to meet participants at their pace while allowing for recovery. Online meetings once a week with additional resources throughout the program.

An 8 week VIRTUAL CBT program conducted by a Registered Psychotherapist. The group therapy is targeted towards improving mood and well being. This virtual support group focuses on issues such as Anxiety and Depression and introduces a number of strategies to help participants cope in a healthier manner as they practice these skills in a group setting and slowly generalize these outside.The meeting happens once a week and consists of small groups of people so participants feel safe.You will get to meet others struggling with similar issues and we all support each other and learn from one another while creating long lasting connections.

An open support group facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in Relationships. In this drop in group we will explore all topics related to relationship concerns including attachment issues, commitment anxiety, building and maintaining trust, infidelity, intimacy, communication skills, codependency and more.
