Kirsten Davidson is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), founder of Mind The Gaps Psychotherapy, host and founder of the Mind The Gaps podcast, and a sought-after speaker. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Studies, as well as an M.A. in Counseling Psychology.
Kirsten works with adults, couples, and families navigating disconnection, emotional overwhelm, and unconscious patterns. She supports a shift toward more self-led and connected ways of being. Kirsten's approach is rooted in relational, trauma-informed, and existential theory, with a strong focus on Internal Family Systems (IFS). Inviting a deeper inquiry into what sits beneath symptoms, she explores how lived experiences shape our thoughts, feelings, and connections.
Outside the therapy room, Kirsten contributes to mental health conversations through public speaking, community initiatives, and podcast interviews. Her voice brings a mindful lens to topics such as relationships, identity, and growth—exploring the spaces between who we are and who we’re becoming.
