Bradley Murray, DPhil, MEd, is an author and psychoanalyst whose writing explores the pursuit of happiness in the digital age and the effects of social media and digital technology on our mental health and well-being. His interests include the philosophy and psychology of happiness, social media addiction, online friendships and relationships, and depression and anxiety related to digital technology use. He has taught in the psychology program at the University of Guelph-Humber and has been a visiting Assistant Professor in the philosophy department at the University of British Columbia. He is the author of The Possibility of Culture: Pleasure and Moral Development in Kant’s Aesthetics (Wiley-Blackwell, 2015).
