What you may have ignored or not even pondered is that this woman probably saw herself as disgusting before she had the surgery (or surgeries). Sure, it was a bit much to directly criticize Kim as the author of this article did, but I would be lying if I said I didn't have similar thoughts cross my mind when I first saw the pictures. If anything, I pity her, for she did not have someone like me in her life: a caring individual who would have encouraged her to accept aging and the face that comes with it.
