Art
Wonderful article, I needed to read this.
I am an artist also and have struggled with the feeling I should be volunteering at our food bank. I've reconciled with myself and instead, pick up groceries and prepared food for our elderly neighbor.
It doesn't help anyone if I were to give up my art because of guilt. As the the article points out, it is reasuraning to see the resilience that a person displays.
