Why are so many people drawn to conspiracy theories in times of crisis?
Verified by Psychology Today
when someone traumatises another human being in a major way, the best thing he or s/he can do if they truly regret their action(s) is to never try to contact or talk about or get near that person.
if a traumatised person needs validation from a perpetrator (on individual basis, not basis of culture, race, wars), s/he is not healed from trauma and had allowed trauma to define and reduce her/him....plus giving power of one's own healing into the hands of some former perpetrator... what else is this if not re-victimizing and reducing again her/himself... imo.
