Companionship and Compromise
Understanding when it’s time to share rather going it alone can be difficult, especially when partners aren’t all in on putting the other first. A good level of compromise is essential to any successful relationship in order to maintain growth and happiness. A willingness of one partner can help show the other their unselfishness and understanding the health of a relationship can outweigh individual wants in certain situations. Relationships require many things to remain healthy, but at its core there must be a true understanding from each partner that the relationship is greater as a whole than each of them by themselves.
