I'm X. I envy millennials for having more parental support then we had in a hard economy. Aside from that, I see independent people who are very goal oriented. They care about results more than processes. In my business, that's what I need.
Put them in front of a problem and instead of complaining about not getting training for something, they go on the web and figure it out.
They are good problem solvers. They don't expect job security. They expect to develop the skill set that will keep them hired with you or someone else. As an X, I get that. Job security is in the value that you can bring.
