These millennial employers.....why are they not tapping the creativity of their millennial employees? Perhaps the employers who desperately crave hiring millennials for their creativity, ideas and spark aren't maximizing the millennial's full potential. Hiring young people isn't enough, one has to nourish and champion creativity. Is management discouraging creativity at these places?

Employers are already experiencing high attrition rates with this demographic. You'd think they'd have some interest as to why they are leaking these much-sought employees like a sieve.
