I fully appreciate the impact of narcissism, and I'm sorry for your experience and hope things are better now...learning about relationship dysfunction and making better choices is a steep curve. And more broadly interpersonal trauma (the final common pathway for many forms of psychological, physical and sexual violence, abuse and neglect). It's a sad state of affairs that change is so slow to come, and I'm completely onboard with the work being done to raise awareness and help people to recognized and extricate from abusive relations, and prevent systemic abuses as well.
Beyond that (because so many other things are as destructive as narcissism) I'm thinking about the attention that narcissism gets, which other issues may not.
