Don't be too hard on yourself. Everything I've read says the grieving and healing process takes as long as it takes. Just keep focusing on self-care. One day at a time. Finding even the smallest things that bring you a little joy and happiness. And most of all, feeling ALL of it fully and completely. Eventually, you will feel better and the heartbreak will fade.
