Yeah personally I’m schizoid (and a woman), and I drink alchohol to enjoy social interactions more. I don’t have to do it that often because I spend most of my time alone (yeah), but honestly it does not impair my ability to think straight. I would have to drink a lot for that to happen, but I hate feeling like I’m losing control, so it just never happens. It simply helps me to enjoy people more, to laugh at what they’re saying, to have a good time, etc. Being sober, I simply don’t have a good time around people. I mean I fake it, and my family seem to buy it and all, but inside I just feel nothing towards them. Alcohol helps me achieve a different mind set.
