there are two immature and rude/mean co-workers in my office. Receptionist will not look up when I walk in, reads a books or deliberately turns her back on me like she's looking for something. The other no matter how hard I try to be nice is just rude, They both wave their hands at me (dismissing me) and even though I try to keep it professional they don't. What can I do?
