Not Quite Right...
Quite disappointed. I've been experiencing lucid dreams for years (decades).
My levels of dreaming are not at all what the author describes. I can't go into all of it, because it would be too much to write, but I can say that I've had evolutions within my lucid dream state, and sometimes it's been frustrating, because articles like this don't reflect what's going on.
