Individual Sessions or Group Sessions - private or NDIS participants - Art therapy is for everyone! You do not need to have any knowledge of techniques, or art materials, it’s all about the process. The focus of art therapy is to empower your autonomy and uncover the strengths and resources that you already have within you. The facilitator is there to support you, and will use art processes too gently unpack concerns, worries or stressors. The facilitator uses a client-centred approach, building genuine connections to support clients meet their therapeutic goals within a safe environment.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy DBT Skills group / DBT Group for parent/caregiver & young person is a 2-hour weekly group that runs for 20 weeks. We will be facilitating 2 groups; a 14–15-year-old with parent/caregiver, & a 16–18-year-old with parent/caregiver. This group will be running at Willow Tree Psychology, Kensington Gardens, Adelaide DBT is an effective treatment for people who have difficulty controlling their emotions & behaviours.
