Understanding Trauma

I spent a year post Masters developing this group. Currently run weekly within our residential treatment program, I am starting a group for people to attend weekly. Any person with background in trauma in or life controlling issues (addictions, eating disorders, self harm, dual diagnosis are welcome. I will help you learn skills to cope with anxiety related to "present day" triggers - actually related to childhood/early adult "attachment traumas".
