This short 4-week program will provide your teenager an inclusive space to discuss their sleep habits, or lack thereof, with similar-aged peers. Your teen will learn how to achieve healthy sleep and create a functional sleep routine without restricting them from engaging in the things they love. In addition, teens will be guided to identify, understand, and challenge their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours surrounding sleep using evidence-based, long-term treatments.
