About

Talking Sleep, founded by Clinical Psychologist Tonia Martin, is passionate about helping those suffering from sleep difficulties. Our Psychologist team recognises the tremendous toll that lack of sleep takes on our capacity to cope and our aim is to support poor sleepers in all stages of treatment with empathy and compassion. We encourage and guide our clients to gain confidence in their ability to manage their sleep habits independently, so that they can lead healthier, happier, and fuller lives. Our focus is to help individuals, couples, and families become experts in managing their sleep, regardless of age or background.
Talking Sleep’s Psychologists can help you achieve healthy and fulfilling sleep through specialised evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mindfullness, and Relaxation Techniques. We also provide ongoing strategies, support, and encouragement so that you may develop new, healthy, and consistent sleep habits.
Talking Sleep also provides psychological counselling and treatment for a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, worry, stress, burnout, trauma and PSTD, grief and loss, and parenting. We are committed to providing a kind and thoughtful space where your concerns will be heard and acknowledged. We currently have availability!
