Radically Open DBT - commencing 25.05.22

A complete program of weekly skills class and individual therapy for those struggling with too much emotional control e.g. 'showing up' as depression, anxiety disorders, feeling "disconnected" in relationships, or problems managing unplanned changes in your environment/daily life. Other forms of help/treatment might not have "hit the mark" or any change has not lasted as long as you hoped. NB while a diagnosis is not important or necessary for RO-DBT, please note this treatment is not suitable for those with issues linked to Borderline or Emotionally Unstable PD.
