Personal Growth Group
This Personal Growth Group offers a psychologically informed, experiential space where participants can explore personal patterns, emotions, relationships, and life transitions within the supportive context of a small (5-8 members), confidential group (8 weekly 90-minute sessions) . The group integrates contemporary clinical psychology with transpersonal and ecological perspectives. Suitable for adults seeking personal growth, emotional depth, and relational insight in a professionally held group setting. *Denis’s earliest psychotherapy training was in the 70s & 80s group therapy and psychodrama. In the 80s & 90s he was a group therapist in several men's programmes.
