A practical, neuro-affirming parent education workshop designed to support families raising neurodivergent children. This half day session explores neurodivergence across ASD, ADHD, and PDA, and challenges common misconceptions around discipline, while supporting parents to build confidence in understanding and responding to their child’s needs. Mood & Mind Group – Neurodivergent Teen Girls (13–15) A 6-week skills-based group supporting neurodivergent teen girls to better understand emotions, reactions, friendships and everyday challenges.
