Migrant Women in Australia

The aim of this support group is to bring together women who have migrated to Australia and may be experiencing feelings of isolation, loneliness, homesickness or fear. Despite moving here by choice because of a partner, lifestyle, work opportunities or other circumstances, women of all ages can still find it challenging to live far away from their families and culture. Friends often don’t understand what it is like to call two places home at the same time and this group provides an opportunity to connect with other women who are in a similar situation.
