Group therapy for self discovery
Alongside individual therapy, I offer affordable, intimate group counselling of no more than four participants. Groups are in person in Noosa Heads Wednesdays and online, with six-week structured programs covering emotional resilience, stress management, self-compassion, healthy relationships, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery. Closed, continuous groups also offered. Current offerings: • 19–25 year olds building social confidence and aligned pathways • 30+ anxiety management Sessions run 90 minutes in a trauma-informed space with shared confidentiality. Group therapy is a gentle, accessible introduction to counselling. Expressions of interest via my website, specifying the type of group.

This group helps teens build emotional regulation skills, confidence, self-understanding, and healthy coping strategies in a safe and welcoming environment. Sessions include reflective discussion, practical wellbeing tools, grounding techniques, and strengths-based support to help young people feel more connected, capable, and emotionally supported. Healthy Hormones 6 week circle for teenage girls
Healthy Hormones is a gentle FREE 6-week circle for teenage girls aged 14–18 designed to support emotional wellbeing, confidence, self-understanding, and connection during adolescence. This supportive group explores emotional regulation, body awareness, stress and overwhelm, identity, self-esteem, healthy relationships, and practical wellbeing tools in a calm and nurturing environment. Sessions combine reflective conversation, psychoeducation, grounding practices, and supportive group connection to help girls better understand themselves and navigate the emotional and physical changes of adolescence with greater confidence and self-trust.
