If this sounds familiar, this DBT Skills Training Group for Adult Women may be for you. In this structured 12-week program, you will learn practical skills to better understand and manage emotions, cope with stressful situations, and improve relationships. The program includes four DBT modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Weekly 90-minute sessions (online via Zoom) focus on learning and practicing skills that help you respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence.
