DBT Skills - Evening In-Person Group

Our DBT Skills Program helps adults who experience intense emotions, relationship difficulties, or unhelpful behaviours. Across three modules—Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—you’ll learn evidence-based strategies to manage crises, understand and balance emotions, and communicate more effectively while maintaining self-respect. Mindfulness is woven throughout, supporting greater awareness and choice in daily life. Groups are supportive, structured, and led by DBT-trained psychologists, with practical skills you can apply immediately. Participants often report feeling calmer, more connected, and more confident as they build a life worth living.
